Jaimie Harper is deeply rooted in our Jewish community and is proud to be a fourth-generation Portlander. Her leadership started as a teen in BBYO and later developed as an adult when she joined the Boards of BB Camp (now BB360) and Cedar Sinai Park. Serving elders has been a lifelong passion ever since she began visiting her great-grandmother at the Robison Home. For nearly 20 years, Jaimie has been honored to work as a hospice and palliative care social worker. Jewish learning and spirituality are deeply important to her, and she was grateful to be part of the most recent Portland cohort of the Wexner Heritage Program. Kindness and service to others are values that she models and teaches her children, who attend Portland Jewish Academy. When Jaimie isn’t busy volunteering, she enjoys taking brisk walks and spending time with family and friends.
