Lesley Sacks

Lesley Sacks is the Executive Director at Hopewell House, an end-of-life residential care home in Southwest Portland. She has spent her career serving older adults as a licensed clinical social worker. She was honored to work at the Robison Jewish Health Center from 2005 to 2015 as a social worker and administrator and six years as a social work manager in hospice care. She started at Hopewell House in 2022, when it reopened as a nonprofit hospice home. Lesley has served on the BB Camp (now BB360) Board, as well as the Eastside Jewish Commons (EJC) Board as one of its founding members. She is proud of her deep roots in Northeast Portland, where she grew up and currently lives with her husband, Dave, their daughter Elizabeth, and son Albert. They are members at Congregation Beth Israel, and her children attend BB Camp every summer. Lesley is proud and excited to be a part of the Foundation Board, helping to write a new chapter for the Portland Jewish community.
